Fuel distribution in the guest harbour starts immediately after the ice has melted. The automatic station offers 98E and Diesel. In addition, discharge of septic tank and bilge water is possible at the harbour.

A venue hall for events for up to 500 people will be completed for the summer 2011 in Lootholma. The hall has full alcohol serving rights and the opening will be on 2 July 2011, starting at 6pm. There is a lot of space in the summer 2011 calendar, so the hall can be utilized for a fair price, if you are intending to arrange an interesting event. Also a Disc golf course and a beach volley ball field are available.
